These Terms of Service govern your use of the ADMC website and the purchase of products and services from Arabian Distribution & Marketing Co.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to place an order or request a quote.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. ADMC reserves the right to update specifications, availability, and pricing without prior notice. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or signed purchase order. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and approved credit terms for verified business accounts.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch. Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and reporting any discrepancies within 7 days.
5. Warranty
Products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. ADMC will facilitate warranty claims on behalf of customers within the warranty period.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped products, within 14 days of delivery. Special-order, opened, or customized items are non-returnable.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content on this site remain the property of ADMC or their respective owners. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADMC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or this website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
